SureKlot™ Spray

Wound Irrigation Solution

Maximise Wound Cleaning for Faster Healing

Optimum moisture maintenance for superior wound healing.

MaxioCel wound irrigation solution has an excellent cleaning ability while remaining gentle on the
wound, assisting in the removal of foreign material, wound eschar, and dirt, making the debridement
process easier. By reducing the microbial burden and preventing biofilm formation at the wound site,
it creates an ideal environment for the wound healing agents to act upon.

How Does SureKlot™ work?

Protonated Bioadhesive Technology (PBT™ )

When SureKlot™ is pressed against the wounded tissue it creates vacuous space within its pores which leads to mechanical interlocking with the tissue surface and provides instant bioadhesion. Through its positive charge, the PBT™ biopolymer attracts red blood cells (RBC) negatively charged and platelets and entraps them into its porous structure, which leads to the activation of the platelets and results in formation of a strong blood clot. The combined effect of bio-adhesion and strong blood clot is instant Haemostasis.

How To Use Spray

1. Flush the wound with an ample amount of SureKlot
Spray for cleansing and rinsing.

2. For heavily contaminated wounds: Cover the wound
with SureKlot spray for 10-15 minutes.

3. For optimum result use along with SureKlot powder
& SureKlot Gauze.
